Reginald G. Candelaria is the Head of Equity Fund Management at AIAIM PH. He manages both the equity portfolios in the general accounts and the Investment-Linked Products (ILP) of AIA Philippines. He draws from over 15 years of experience in equity fund management, fundamental research and valuation of companies in the Philippine stock market. He has a diverse experience garnered from both the private and public sectors. Jing completed AB Management Economics from the Ateneo de Manila University and has an MS Finance degree from University of the Philippines Diliman.  He completed the Trust Operations and Investment Management course conducted by the Trust Institute Foundation of the Philippines (TIFP). He also earned the CFA Institute Certificate in ESG Investing and is a CFA Charterholder.

Michael R. Bengson is the Head of Equity Research at AIAIM PH. He draws from over 25 years of investment research experience and specializes in the Philippine equities market. Mike graduated with an AB Economics degree from the Ateneo de Manila University. He completed the Investment Analysis and Advanced Equity Analysis, and the Financial Modelling courses conducted by the Financial Training Company, Euromoney Institute of Finance. He also completed the Trust Operations and Investment Management course (with Distinction) conducted by the Trust Institute Foundation of the Philippines (TIFP). He is consistently recognized as one of the best analysts in the country by the Asiamoney Brokers Poll and the Fund Managers Association of the Philippines. He also earned the CFA Institute Certificate in ESG Investing.

Jann Lerry C. Agno is the Equity Portfolio Manager at AIAIM PH. He draws over 14 years of experience in the finance and investment industry.  Prior to his appointment as Equity Portfolio Manager, Jann held several positions in AIAIM PH including Equity Research Analyst and Investment Operations Manager. He also worked overseas as Credit and Cost Control Officer for an oil & gas company in the U.A.E. Jann graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Accountancy degree from University of Caloocan and is a Certified Public Accountant. He completed the Trust Operations and Investment Management course conducted by the Trust Institute Foundation of the Philippines (TIFP). He also earned the CFA Institute Certificate in ESG Investing.

Diandra Denise M. Dimaunahan is a Fixed Income Portfolio Manager of AIAIM PH. She has 12 years of experience in treasury proprietary trading, distribution, multi-currency, and multi-asset fund management from both the buy-side and sell-side financial institutions. She earned a double major diploma, with distinction, in both economics and finance from De La Salle University. Denise is a Certified Treasury Professional, SEC Fixed Income Salesman, Certified UITF Salesperson, and has completed the Trust Operations and Investment Management course conducted by the Trust Institute Foundation of the Philippines (TIFP). She also passed Level I of the CFA Program and earned the CFA Institute Certificate in ESG Investing. She is recognized by the Fund Managers Association of the Philippines as one of the top fixed income traders and by The Asset Magazine Benchmark Survey as one of the Most Astute Investors in Asian G3 bonds.
